Despite the name, this easy meatloaf uses Stove Top stuffing and bakes in a Bundt pan.

Ingredients
- 1 package Stove Top stuffing, any flavor
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 packets brown gravy mix
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Directions
- Combine the stuffing mix and hot water in a medium bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 packet of brown gravy mix with the cold water. Add the ground beef and eggs and combine.
- Once the stuffing has rested and cooled, incorporate it into the ground beef mixture.
- Grease a Bundt pan with nonstick spray and press the mixture into the pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 45-55 minutes, or until the center reaches 160 F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the second packet of gravy according to its package instructions. Serve the meatloaf with the gravy and mashed potatoes.
